So how does getting a design with Crystal Clear Art work exactly?

It couldn’t be easier to get started on your design. Just follow these easy steps and you’ll be showing off your design in no time.

2. Get your completely custom emailed quote back from us in under 24 business hours.
3. Use the link in the emailed quote to go to our Terms of Agreement page where you will fill out your
personal info and accept the agreement.
4. Get a friendly consultation call from your artist about your design.
5. Receive your initial concepts in about 72 business hours.
6. Make revisions if necessary and then approve your logo.
7. Get your final design emailed to you in all kinds of different file formats.

How much does it cost for a logo/design?

Costs for a logo (or any piece of art for that matter) differ greatly from case to case. Factors that are calculated into your free quote include but aren’t limited to the complexity of the design, turnaround time, how many choices you want, etc. Unfortunately it isn’t as cut and dry as having a big sticker on the front of all designs with a universal price. Like your design, your quote is made just for you to ensure you get the best bang for your buck.

After I accept the Terms of Agreement, how soon can I expect to see my initial designs?

Generally all new concepts are done in about 72 business hours and emailed directly to you for review. However since we will take on nearly every project, some may take longer if they are of a much grander scale. We will always keep you informed on when to expect your design. Note: We can get you your design in under 72 hours but a rush fee may apply.

When can I see my revisions?

Revisions are typically done within 24 business hours. Exceptions include developing additional concepts or projects of greater complexity.

When do I have to pay up?

Typically, you will receive an invoice upon completion of the project. So you don’t have to pay till you’ve approved your art. However, some larger jobs may require you to put down a deposit before work is started.

I have a unique project not listed on the site. Will you do it?

Maybe! Just fill out the free quote form as best you can or call us at 407-430-CLEAR (2532) to talk it over. Then if it’s something we do,  we’ll give you a custom quote just like any other job.

Will you take care of printing my products? Do I have to use Crystal Clear Art for printing?

That’s up to you. We would love the opportunity to take care of your printing needs. Keeping the designing and printing under one company can make your life a lot easier. However, we do not claim copyrights on any of our designs, so you are free to take your finished design to any printer you like. We will supply you with the most commonly accepted files for you to bring to your printer of choice.

How long has Crystal Clear Art been around and where are you located?

Crystal Clear Art has been designing for over 13 years now and is located just outside Orlando, FL.

Why don’t you charge for copyrights?

Unlike your average design studio, we don’t think it’s fair for a client to give us their ideas, pay us, and then tell them they don’t own it. It’s hard for most people to accept that design studios do indeed charge thousands of dollars to hold the copyright on an image they payed for. They think its unfair, and we couldn’t agree more. That’s why everything you hire Crystal Clear Art for is yours. You hold all the exclusive copyrights on any design we create for you. No hassle, no worries.

Once I’ve approved my design, what type of files will I receive?

We will send you your logo or design as an Illustrator EPS version 8. This is the easiest file for most printers to work with and for savvy clients to manipulate. This file is the source file that we work with and you will be able to use it however you see fit. (Changing colors, composition, etc.). We will also send a high resolution JPEG of the logo or design. If its a design that can be broken into different elements. ie: icon, text, taglines, etc. We will do multiple versions with all the different variations of elements included. Also included will be grayscale versions and fax versions (Black and White) Should you need a different type of file we will always work with you to get you what you need. We can send your design in just about any format you require.

Will you send a CD of the finished files?

With the advances of the Internet, CD’s have become a dying medium. It is always faster to send you the files directly to your computer. Should you require a CD for any reason however, we can ship one out for the cost of $25.00.

Why choose Crystal Clear Art over the other guys?

There are typically 2 different types of design companies. The first is the high end logo design studio. These are the big boys who make big bucks from big companies. The reason being is that their work is usually very good but comes at a price so high, only huge corporations can afford them. The main issues with working with a design studio are high prices, and a general lack of good personable customer service.

The next type of design company is your smaller shop. They will do your work for a reasonable rate. The problem here though is quality and turnaround. You may get it a great price, but you won’t get quality work in return. Another problem that plagues these type of companies is over promising and under delivering. Turnaround times are not met and communication is severely lacking.
